Key responsibilities & impact

Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Market Access area
Development of access strategies for various markets and indications
Contract negotiations with statutory and private health insurers
Coaching, development and performance management of employees
Ensuring and optimizing processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant leadership and professional experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector
Solid understanding of reimbursement systems, decision-making processes and stakeholders in the healthcare sector
Proven experience in designing and executing innovative projects with payers
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel 25–50%
