Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with teams across marketing, engineering, regulatory, quality, and clinical to prioritize opportunities and align product strategies across multiple platforms.
Drive consistency and scalability in feature development across Dexcom’s software ecosystem.
Collaborate with platform engineering and data science teams to understand data pipelines, model deployment, and visualization frameworks.
Identify opportunities to evolve Dexcom’s analytics infrastructure to support richer clinical insights and consumer engagement.
Navigate the complexities of a regulated medical device environment, balancing global legal and regulatory requirements with user expectations for personalization, transparency, and ease of use.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data analytics, and metabolic health.
Use analytics, user behavior data, and experimentation to inform product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or data-centric platforms.
Strong understanding of AI, data visualization, and user-centered design principles.
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, actionable product strategies.
Passion for improving metabolic health and empowering users through data.
Self-motivated and can work successfully in ambiguous and in fast-paced environments.
