About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will bring Mendix integrated deployment experience in Manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to create Mendix, and OpCenter MES processes and oversee initiatives for process enhancement.
Architect digital thread solutions between OpCenter MES, ERP system and other systems.
Design best in class smart, scalable and sustainable solutions to drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Perform data analysis, process mapping of current and future state, list out opportunities and drive the execution to successful closure.
Collect user requirements based on future state plan and partner with IT, validation team, etc. to deliver solutions to production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years experience.
Hands on experience with ERP and Manufacturing Execution system deployment in life science environment.
Must have – Mendix, OpCenter MES Modelling, Manufacturing and Quality experience, Data analysis.
Nice to have – ERP system, Medical/ Pharma experience, System integration.
