About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Dexcom users in the Benelux region.
  • Manage a wide range of educational materials, including user guides, training documents, and digital content that align with Dexcom's global brand standards.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless, user-friendly training experience.
  • Partner with the EMEA marketing and training teams to align educational initiatives with broader regional goals and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from users and HCPs to refine educational content and delivery.
  • Conduct research to stay on top of regional educational needs and market trends in diabetes care.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, HCPs, and regional partners to ensure educational content meets their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have the right to work in these locations and be fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver.
  • Experienced in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Knowledgeable about the healthcare industry, particularly in diabetes care, or eager to learn.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, from healthcare professionals to patients and internal stakeholders.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in healthcare and patient outcomes.
