About the role
- You will manage the analysis, design, and development of highly complex training and performance support solutions.
- You will support the implementation and evaluation of highly complex training and performance support solutions.
- You will lead and manage a cross-functional team ensuring alignment with business goals, providing direction and tasking, empowering and enabling the team to execute in a manner that’s best for the business, while driving accountability.
- You will build and manage relationships with business partners/stakeholders within Dexcom to understand training needs and align solutions with critical business needs.
- You will support HR L&D leadership activities and initiatives, including strategy development, programmatic reviews and briefings, internal process improvement, vendor relations, etc.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
