About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will manage the analysis, design, and development of highly complex training and performance support solutions.
You will support the implementation and evaluation of highly complex training and performance support solutions.
You will lead and manage a cross-functional team ensuring alignment with business goals, providing direction and tasking, empowering and enabling the team to execute in a manner that’s best for the business, while driving accountability.
You will build and manage relationships with business partners/stakeholders within Dexcom to understand training needs and align solutions with critical business needs.
You will support HR L&D leadership activities and initiatives, including strategy development, programmatic reviews and briefings, internal process improvement, vendor relations, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
