About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing and evolving leadership programs to strengthen field-based leadership initiatives.
  • Partnering with US cross-functional partners, sales leadership, and training partners.
  • Supporting the development of onboarding programs for new US Sales Leaders.
  • Consulting with matrix stakeholders to assess functional training projects.
  • Incorporating adult learning principles and innovative facilitation methods & technology.
  • Planning and supporting training related to US DBM quarterly meetings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Leading the Field Development Program and coordinating curriculum and facilitation.
  • Managing the Sales Enablement Platform functionality.
  • Collaborating with Global Training Partners to share best practices for Sales Leadership Development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
  • Experience as a people leader in diabetes-related medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the competencies of medical and/or pharmaceutical sales leaders.
  • Ability to leverage core leadership/coaching skills to drive behaviors for success.
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement platforms, sales data analytics, and metrics.
  • Proven project management skills: effective planning and resource coordination to meet goals within set parameters.
