Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded analyte measurement, signal processing and fault detection algorithms.
Responsible for improving upon Dexcom’s current Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) platform.
Drive the design, development, and implementation of novel continuous sensing products expanding Dexcom’s portfolio.
Gain and maintain organizational alignment around a long-term enabling technology roadmap.
Manage, mentor a team of scientists and engineers on product design and development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with 17+ years of industry experience.
13+ years of years of successful leadership experience in relevant industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams focused on end-to-end lifecycle of product development.
Industry-leading expertise in methods of statistical estimation, joint probabilities, and modeling.
Experience with design and clinical testing of medical devices preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive technology development and influence commercial product strategy.
Track record of successful development and commercialization of sensing and measurement systems preferred.
