About the role

  • Collaborate with other Dexcom teams to develop requirements, design criteria, and testing procedures.
  • Develop new and maintain existing workflows applications based on Mendix platform, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Support manufacturing operations by investigating and solving application issues involving process data collection and integrations with other systems.
  • Create and update technical, validation, and administrative documentation following Dexcom’s SLDC methodology.
  • Perform unit, integration, and validation testing both independently and with other teams.
  • Participate in multiple projects /solution design sessions, providing technical input and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Mendix solutions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand processes and implement supportive application solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience, senior skill levels.
  • Proven experience in developing Mendix applications from concept through deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
