About the role
- Drive execution of the commercial strategy by ensuring sales teams follow best practices.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and field representatives to identify opportunities.
- Translate insights and guidance from Revenue Operations and Commercial Data Science into clear, actionable direction for the field.
- Support territory planning by helping teams identify priority accounts.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
- Experience in sales, sales operations or territory management.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales-enablement tools.
- Background in coaching/training roles.
