About the role

  • Support projects involved in the development and delivery of training curriculum for customer-facing sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including training, marketing, customer operations, tech support, clinical, and regulatory groups.
  • Deploy multiple training programs for new hires, active sales teams, and their leadership groups.
  • Plan and facilitate new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous learning programs for sales teams.
  • Learn, adapt, coach, and certify on the Dexcom Selling Model to support all sales learning activities.

Requirements

  • Previous diabetes-related medical and/or pharmaceutical sales experience with a 2+ year record of success.
  • Strong organization and selling skills.
  • Understanding of the competencies of medical and/or pharmaceutical sales representatives.
  • Ability to teach core technical skills to drive behaviors for success.
  • Working knowledge of sales data analytics, metrics, and translation.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or evening work.
  • Fluent in the English language with excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
