About the role

  • Leverage financial data and KPIs to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Execute, manage, and/or support the development of specifications for reports, dashboards, and analysis based on business needs using required and/or available data elements.
  • Directly produce datasets and reports for competitive research analysis using available reporting tools.
  • Apply knowledge of business intelligence practices to support building operational efficiencies and strategic planning.
  • Analyze simple to complex intelligence using data to provide preliminary insights.
  • Provide consultation to end-users and support cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Leverage interpersonal skills to drive results.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Execute projects impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Data Analysis (experience in a financial setting is a plus).
  • Strong technical skills in BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI), MS Excel/PowerPoint, and SQL for creating efficient queries and reports.
  • Ability to research and apply data visualization best practices, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly attentive to detail, quick learner, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn; interest in AI/ML development is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented settings.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to identify roadblocks and escalate when needed.
  • Positive attitude, respect for inclusion and teamwork, and commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.
