About the role

  • Transform unstructured data into structured data that helps drive insight generation.
  • Collaborate with team partners such as product owners, project managers, designers, and other team members.
  • Build new analytic tools to quantify, visualize, and structure various data sources.
  • Build statistical models that improve understanding.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of architecting, designing, and developing scalable data solutions with 5+ years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines that can handle data from various sources, structured or unstructured, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in various data modeling techniques and can demonstrate successful implementations in past projects.
  • Excellent design and development experience with SQL databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Expertise in Python and dependency driven job schedulers.
  • Hands-on experience with data science and machine learning principles including the use of libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and experience in building predictive models.
  • Experience with cloud-based data services and solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Excellent collaborative mindset to work with various stakeholders and strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional time management skills and can deliver high-quality results with tight schedules.
