About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of Dexco's Retail Marketing strategy, contributing to sell-out initiatives, development of point-of-sale (POS) materials, showroom management and support for the Casa Dexco franchise network.
- Support the development and follow-up of production for POS materials such as displays, display fixtures, totems, signage and product sample kits.
- Organize and control the inventory of POS materials.
- Provide support to the briefing process with agencies and print suppliers, monitoring deadlines and quality of delivery.
- Support the distribution and logistics of materials to points of sale, franchisees and partner showrooms.
- Assist in the organization, maintenance and updating of Casa Dexco Concept exhibition environments.
- Support the preparation of environments for events, visits by architects, specifiers and consumers.
- Research visual merchandising and retail design references in the construction materials, finishes and home decor segments.
- Document and organize photographic records of environments and activations for use in reports and presentations.
- Support the organization and updating of the Casa Dexco franchisee database and registry.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of communication materials, activation kits and campaign guidelines for the franchise network.
- Support the monitoring of franchisee performance indicators, consolidating information for periodic reports.
- Assist in monitoring and consolidating sell-out (sales invoice) data by channel, store and period.
- Support the preparation of performance reports for retail campaigns, activations and events.
- Research and map market trends, competitors and best practices in retail marketing and trade marketing.
- Provide support in organizing presentations and executive materials for department meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, Architecture and Urbanism or related fields (expected graduation December 2027 or later — minimum remaining internship period of 1.5 years).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level — required.
- Genuine interest in retail, exhibition spaces, building materials, home decor and interior design.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands.
- Clear and objective written communication.
- Proactivity and a collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe or equivalents) — a plus.
- Previous experience with POS, retail or showrooms (even through prior internships or academic work) — a plus.
