About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide service to retail consumers, franchised stores, concept stores and e-commerce via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Manage the order portfolio, handle consumer incidents, and perform post-sales follow-up and processes.
Liaise with logistics, commercial/sales, finance, suppliers and operations to ensure requests are resolved.
Ensure prompt responses and follow-through until issues are fully resolved.
Analyze and resolve cases through financial negotiations with customers, including issuing coupons and shopping vouchers.
Monitor deadlines and established service levels.
Analyze root causes of complaints and propose corrective actions.
Track area KPIs and customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure information in the system is up to date and accurate.
Identify opportunities to improve area processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics or related fields.
MS Office
Intermediate Excel
Customer service and relationship management
Performance indicators (KPIs)
