About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, calculate, and monitor the Merchandising team’s targets, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and established criteria.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), delivering analyses that support leadership decision-making.
  • Size the promoters team, determining the ideal number of resources per store, region, and channel with a focus on operational efficiency and adequate coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with Merchandising rules, policies, and processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports to monitor the operation’s key indicators.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities to improve and optimize GTM Merchandising processes.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Operations, and other interface areas to ensure consistency of information and execution of strategies.
  • Support initiatives for automation, process standardization, and the evolution of analysis and control tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Experience in data analysis and KPI development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical ability and ease working with large volumes of data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships across areas.
  • Knowledge of Databricks.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM), Trade Marketing, or Merchandising.
  • Experience with process improvement projects and automation of analyses.
  • Analytical profile.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive with an ownership mindset.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
  • Team player with the ability to support leadership in decision-making.
