About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, calculate, and monitor the Merchandising team’s targets, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and established criteria.
Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), delivering analyses that support leadership decision-making.
Size the promoters team, determining the ideal number of resources per store, region, and channel with a focus on operational efficiency and adequate coverage.
Ensure compliance with Merchandising rules, policies, and processes.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports to monitor the operation’s key indicators.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities to improve and optimize GTM Merchandising processes.
Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Operations, and other interface areas to ensure consistency of information and execution of strategies.
Support initiatives for automation, process standardization, and the evolution of analysis and control tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (required).
Experience in data analysis and KPI development.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development).
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Analytical ability and ease working with large volumes of data.
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships across areas.
Knowledge of Databricks.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM), Trade Marketing, or Merchandising.
Experience with process improvement projects and automation of analyses.
Analytical profile.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive with an ownership mindset.
Results-oriented.
Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
Team player with the ability to support leadership in decision-making.
