About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in managing the Company's internal policies and standards (tracking deadlines, following up with managers, etc.);
Monitoring compliance with the department's obligations (policy acceptance, completion of declarations, tracking attendance at trainings);
Operational support for integrity and compliance trainings;
Assistance in creating presentations and departmental metrics/indicators;
Organization of the department's files and documents, both online and physical;
Scheduling and controlling departmental payments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical course in progress/completed or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related fields;
Basic computer skills, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, to help produce materials and manage control databases (data cross-checks, tables and indicators);
Fluency in Portuguese (strong verbal and written communication).
