About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute activities related to portfolio management, product performance analysis, scenario simulations using management information, organization and monitoring of market and competitor research, tracking the performance of product launches, building the business plan (product launch plan) and delist (product discontinuation plan).
Provide support to the area coordination to contribute the information necessary for decision-making related to the company’s strategies.
Manage the portfolio by evaluating product performance. Align these actions with the involved areas and follow up on their execution.
Build the launch plan for new products. Participate in the definition of new launches and develop the sales plan for the initial months of the products’ lifecycle.
Develop product discontinuation plans.
Update business performance data and indicators monthly.
Conduct market visits and ad hoc research to gather data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of one year of experience in the area, preferably in ceramic coverings.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Availability to work in Criciúma, SC.
Availability for occasional travel to conduct market visits.
Prior experience with portfolio and product management is a plus.
