About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring technical reliability, compliance with internal governance, and enabling business areas to use AI autonomously and responsibly.
  • Build AI agents using Databricks (Knowledge Assistant, MLflow) and automations via n8n.
  • Version prompts and configurations in the GitHub Enterprise repository following a GitOps workflow.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and traceability of production solutions.
  • Conduct A/B tests, quality evaluations, and version rollbacks when necessary.
  • Design and maintain integrations with the OpenAI, Claude, Lovable, Azure OpenAI APIs, and corporate systems (SAP, CRM, SharePoint).
  • Manage credentials and secrets via Databricks Secret Scope, eliminating hardcoded keys.
  • Document endpoints, API keys, permission scopes, and the timeline for each integration.
  • Support the corporate API Gateway and ensure a formal Change Request for each new integration.
  • Assist business areas in evaluating, prototyping, and deploying solutions — providing guidance on when to choose ChatGPT, Databricks, or Lovable.
  • Review and approve custom GPTs created by Spokes before publication.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and onboarding for new tools.
  • Configure logs, alerts, and usage metrics for AI solutions.
  • Support collection of OpenAI audit logs for Dexco's SIEM.
  • Participate in semiannual internal audits and support any external audits.
  • Ensure solutions follow the ethical checklist: bias, explainability, impact on people, and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Participate in the AI Center of Excellence (COE) for technical compliance reviews and risk assessment of new solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of solutions, models, versions, and responsible owners.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the governance framework and responsible-use policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with REST API integrations in a corporate environment (authentication, rate limits, retry logic).
  • Knowledge of n8n or an equivalent automation tool (Make, Zapier in an enterprise context).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365: Graph API, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI.
  • Databricks: MLflow, Delta Lake, Knowledge Assistant, PySpark.
  • LLM APIs: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI — experience with function calling, streaming, and context management.
  • Advanced Python: development of pipelines, consumption of REST APIs, error handling, and logging.
  • SQL: complex queries, optimization, and data modeling.
  • GitHub / Git: GitOps, Pull Requests, semantic versioning, and basic CI/CD.
