About the role

  • Serve as a technical BI reference, supporting the area's strategic projects;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and KPIs focused on business impact;
  • Work with large volumes of data, integrating multiple sources (SQL, Data Lake, APIs, etc.);
  • Ensure quality, governance, and performance of analytical solutions;
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable analytical solutions;
  • Collaborate with IT, Architecture, Corporate Analytics, and business teams;
  • Support the development of junior analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior BI / Analytics Analyst;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python;
  • Strong experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, performance tuning, visualization);
  • Experience with data engineering (ETL, pipelines, data cleansing/processing);
  • Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and data engineering;
  • Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Data Lake, or similar;
  • Strong documentation skills and technical organization;
  • Desirable: experience with AI (classification and regression models);
  • Practical or conceptual knowledge of AI applied to data (using models for analytical support, exploring LLMs, integrating AI solutions into BI/Analytics workflows, and automation using n8n).
