About the role

  • Lead the development of Dexco’s Long-Term Strategic Plan;
  • Lead M&A projects from opportunity identification through integration;
  • Build financial models for new growth initiatives;
  • Maintain market and competitive intelligence analyses, interpreting macroeconomic and industry environments and assessing potential short- and long-term impacts for Dexco;
  • Map sector trends and movements with significant potential impact on Dexco;
  • Propose new analyses that challenge and provoke Dexco’s strategy and its business units;
  • Update capital management analyses, including company valuation, capital allocation policy, and optimal capital structure;
  • Update econometric models for demand forecasting across Dexco’s business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Excel: Advanced;
  • PowerPoint: Advanced;
  • Experience in financial modeling;
  • Experience in data analysis, including data acquisition, cleaning, interpretation, and reporting;
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects and activities involving multiple areas and stakeholders;
  • English: Fluent.
