About the role

  • Build and maintain the Price Beacon (Pricing Compliance);
  • Monitor costs and commodity prices for promotional activities;
  • Validate price execution and adherence to approved rules;
  • Plan and track the promotional calendar by channel, customer, and product;
  • Design and evaluate promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, volume, mix, shipping, etc.);
  • Model and calculate the financial impact and ROI of promotions;
  • Measure cannibalization, promotional dependency, and incremental margin;
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pricing, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Trade Marketing, or Commercial Controllership;
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
  • Good communication skills to interact with commercial teams;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
