About the role

  • Lead the strategic management and governance of product projects, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic objectives and appropriate portfolio prioritization;
  • Act as project owner and facilitator, monitoring deadlines, scope, risks, costs and quality, anticipating deviations and driving mitigation plans;
  • Manage the interface with multiple stakeholders, promoting alignment across departments and supporting tactical and strategic decision-making;
  • Negotiate resources, priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy, balancing constraints and maximizing business value;
  • Develop, consolidate and present executive reports and presentations with performance indicators, portfolio status, critical analyses, risks, scenarios and lessons learned;
  • Structure, monitor and evolve project performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements to PMO processes, methodologies and tools;
  • Act as a change agent, disseminating project management best practices, process standardization and governance;
  • Support leadership in defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and making strategic decisions about the product portfolio;
  • Serve as a technical mentor to less experienced analysts, promoting team development and strengthening the project management culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
  • Experience in Project Management, preferably in Product and Industrial environments;
  • Strong command of agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid), as well as planning and control tools;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Analytical capabilities and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making and value generation;
  • Executive communication skills, ability to influence and to build relationships with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels;
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
