About the role
- Experience in the ceramics (sanitaryware), metal and surface coverings market
- Team management
- Schedule and travel management
- Strategy and negotiation with key clients
- Managing and relaying information within the team
- Co-create with other departments to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with the company’s overall objectives
- Analyze the market and competitors to adjust commercial strategies and maintain a competitive advantage
- Ensure sales targets are met
- Remote team management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Experience with market share positioning, sell-in and sell-out
- Experience building high-performance teams
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Availability to travel as required
