About the role

  • Plan and produce Casa Dexco's digital content, ensuring visual consistency and strategic alignment;
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate topics, creative deliverables, and posting schedule with the agency;
  • Monitor and analyze metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance);
  • Identify relevant opportunities (formats and themes) to strengthen the brand's presence;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create graphic assets and videos;
  • Ensure consistency of tone and brand identity across digital channels;
  • Support paid campaigns to increase visibility and strategic reach;
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitor monitoring;
  • Guide and support franchisees in applying social media guidelines, ensuring standardization, alignment with strategy, and content best practices;
  • Monitor franchisees' social media performance, providing recommendations and support materials when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management;
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools;
  • Ability to interpret metrics and turn data into actionable recommendations;
  • Organized, with the ability to manage an editorial calendar and multiple tasks;
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or equivalents);
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, and an eye for aesthetics.
