About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients (construction companies), including order follow-up and maintenance of customer and credit records;
  • Support material specification, recommending the best solution according to the customer’s project;
  • Issue sales orders and monitor the order workflow through to delivery;
  • Focus on achieving company targets and maintaining a healthy customer relationship;
  • Advise customers on after-sales services — delivery, technical assistance, billing — and guide them on how to access Dexco channels;
  • Participate in meetings with engineering, marketing, logistics and finance teams to facilitate negotiations involving these areas;
  • Monitor processes related to returns and exchanges until the credit for the transaction is issued to the customer;
  • Work in a collaborative environment with a top-tier team;
  • Ensure the quality and standardization of the products and services developed by the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license;
  • Prior experience as an outside/field sales representative is desirable;
  • Reside in Marília or the surrounding region.
