About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, creating, and executing content across social media platforms, company blogs, and email communications
- Support the development of engaging posts, graphics, and digital assets using tools such as Canva
- Help manage and update social media channels to increase engagement and strengthen DeWinter’s online presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content and communications
- Assist with tracking and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics
- Provide planning and administrative support for company gatherings
- Assist with event timelines, project plans, logistics, scheduling, and coordination efforts
- Support communication with vendors, event partners, and internal stakeholders
- Help coordinate office events, employee engagement initiatives, and volunteer activities
- Participate in local events and community initiatives if located near a DeWinter office in Boston or the Bay Area
- Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign timelines
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation, social media, and branding
- Experience or familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments
- Interest in learning about marketing within a professional services or recruiting organization
