About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and cultivate relationships with top technology candidates in the Boston area
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles
- Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail
- Contribute to expanding DeWinter Technology’s footprint in Boston
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of recruiting experience (technology staffing preferred)
- Proven track record of revenue generation and growth
- Strong understanding of technology roles, functions, and skill sets
- Experience building pipelines in competitive markets
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
