About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to DevTech’s project and corporate teams.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for project and corporate staff.
  • Create presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other project documents.
  • Exercise sound judgment and a moderate level of autonomy to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal tracking systems.
  • Provide support for business development and special projects, including research, coordination, and preparation of materials.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, document management, and routine coordination activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to project and corporate operations teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed within the past 0–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Internship, campus leadership, student employment, or up to one year of professional experience in administration, operations, project support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience creating presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products through internships, coursework, student organizations, or professional experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
