Program and Operations Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to DevTech’s project and corporate teams.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for project and corporate staff.
- Create presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products.
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other project documents.
- Exercise sound judgment and a moderate level of autonomy to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Enter, update, and verify information in internal tracking systems.
- Provide support for business development and special projects, including research, coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, document management, and routine coordination activities.
- Provide general administrative support to project and corporate operations teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed within the past 0–3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Internship, campus leadership, student employment, or up to one year of professional experience in administration, operations, project support, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience creating presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products through internships, coursework, student organizations, or professional experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
