About the role
- Identify and target potential clients for AI/ML Python solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase AI/ML capabilities.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized Python-based AI/ML solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to adjust sales strategies.
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing complex deals.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms and Python frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges with tailored AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on AI/ML and Python solutions.
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals and managing large-scale projects.
- Certifications in AI/ML, Python, or related fields preferred.
