About the role
- Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and quality standards aligned with product requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain test documentation and provide clear reports on product quality, test coverage, and release readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
- Upto 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong expertise in manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools (TestRails, Postman) and bug tracking systems (JIRA).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a quality-first mindset.
