Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to share content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) to engage prospects.
Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality), and suggest improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.
Requirements
Must have 2-3 years Proven experience in running b2b LinkedIn ads for lead generation for IT or B2B industries (Awareness campaigns experience isn’t admissible)
Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate Warm leads from different geographies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
