About the role

  • Build and execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and drive leads that convert into business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn-based paid lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) to engage prospects.
  • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality), and suggest improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years Proven experience in running b2b LinkedIn ads for lead generation for IT or B2B industries (Awareness campaigns experience isn’t admissible)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate Warm leads from different geographies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
