About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day administrative support, user management, and access control for NetSuite and other core finance applications (Tipalti, Cube, Kyriba)
Manage the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the NetSuite system
Partner with Finance to ensure all systems, processes, and controls align with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and internal policies and procedures
Demonstrate experience in project management by owning process improvements from start-to-finish
Review and implement new NetSuite functionality and bi-annual updates to optimize system performance
Act as the primary support to resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks
Identify system integration opportunities across NetSuite, third-party finance apps, Workday, and our proprietary Orinoco platform
Perform routine data audits, execute complex queries, and build custom dashboards/reports to provide actionable business insights
Serve as a technical interface between Finance, IT, external vendors, and broader business units

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally within a regulated environment (SOX/MAR)
Strong background in lifecycle project management, with a proven track record of owning process improvements from initial requirements gathering down to deployment and documentation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, balanced with a clear understanding of when to escalate issues and communicate up to leadership
Deep, hands-on knowledge of core NetSuite functionality (security, roles/permissions, business processes, reporting)
Analytical and process-oriented with a proven ability to balance routine administrative tasks with long-term project deadlines and strict compliance requirements.
Technical or administrative familiarity with Tipalti, Cube, or Kyriba is a plus.
Ability to read and troubleshoot SuiteScript (writing code is a plus, but not required).
