About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and/or entering treasury transactions in the general ledger
Overseeing month-end close and treasury functions, leveraging fluctuation analysis to identify and document financial variances
Maintaining a deep “hands-on” knowledge of all cash-related accounting tasks to effectively troubleshoot and guide offshore partners
Partnering on cross-functional accounting projects and support other accounting activities
Coordinating and responding to auditor testing while supporting the maturation of internal controls
Actively participating in the organization-wide initiative to incorporate AI into daily accounting processes and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business field
4+ years of experience in accounting, experience with cash and treasury activities a plus.
Experience working with offshore partners
Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience with or an openness to leveraging AI tools and a clear understanding of how AI can be used to improve accounting accuracy and speed.
