About the role
- Own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding
- Partner with our offshore vendor to oversee day-to-day workflow execution across agent appointment processing and FWA certification
- Lead the charge on how we integrate AI into our operations
- Serve as a responsive and reliable point of contact for broker and agent inquiries via email and case management
- Support the team in managing agent state appointments and state licensing
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on onboarding workflows to track performance
Requirements
- 2+ years in operations, project management, or an analytics role
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and surface actionable recommendations
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
