About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding
Partner with our offshore vendor to oversee day-to-day workflow execution across agent appointment processing and FWA certification
Lead the charge on how we integrate AI into our operations
Serve as a responsive and reliable point of contact for broker and agent inquiries via email and case management
Support the team in managing agent state appointments and state licensing
Conduct data analysis and reporting on onboarding workflows to track performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in operations, project management, or an analytics role
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and surface actionable recommendations
Previous healthcare experience preferred
