About the role
- Evaluate and execute potential capital raising transactions
- Manage engagement with current and potential investors including ongoing reporting requirements
- Work cross-functionally to build financial models for key business decisions
- Develop reporting and analyses for Management and Board
Requirements
- 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
- Extensive experience with financial / operating modeling and analyses that underpin capital raising and M&A transactions
- Interest in and experience with leveraging latest AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and quality improvement
- Undergraduate degree from top-tier university
