About the role
- Design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical target architectures
- Design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical consulting for the introduction of new ServiceNow functionalities
- Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration and feature delivery
- Document ServiceNow architectures and platform designs
- Design, implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with product teams, developers and stakeholders
- Support presales activities, project planning and effort estimation
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate consultants
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and management
- Support strategic client projects and account-related topics
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (e.g., Developer, Lead Developer or Architect)
- Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, integration)
- Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, databases)
- Experience running workshops, requirements analysis and stakeholder communication
- Experience leading technical teams
- Excellent German and English skills
