About the role
- Design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into target technical architectures
- Design and implementation of custom ServiceNow solutions
- Technical advisory for the introduction of new ServiceNow functionalities
- Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration and feature delivery
- Documentation of ServiceNow architectures and platform designs
- Design, implementation and maintenance of integrations with third-party systems
- Collaboration with product teams, developers and stakeholders
- Support for presales activities, project planning and effort estimation
- Technical leadership and coordination of consultants
- Communication with senior stakeholders and management
- Support for strategic customer projects and account-related topics
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (e.g., Developer, Lead Developer or Architect)
- Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
- Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, integration)
- Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, databases)
- Experience running workshops, requirements analysis and stakeholder communication
- Experience leading technical teams
- Excellent German and English language skills
