About the role
- You develop our CSM/CRM strategy and actively grow this practice in the market
- You identify and win new clients (pre-sales, proposals, pitches)
- You advise decision-makers at C-level on digital service and CRM transformations
- You lead complex implementation programs
- You build and develop a team of consultants and architects
- You own the pipeline, proposals, and business development
- You act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of experience (≥ 5 years) in a consulting or services environment
- Deep expertise in CSM, CRM, or customer experience processes
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce implementations
- Proven experience in pre-sales, proposal development, or business development
- Leadership experience or responsibility for teams/streams
- Confident interacting with management and C-level stakeholders
- Excellent German and English language skills
