About the role
- analyse existing IT and operational processes
- lead workshops & requirements sessions
- design target architectures (ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management)
- provide strategic advice to clients on platform & process design
- implement solutions hands-on or lead implementation teams
- act as a trusted advisor to business units & IT leadership
Requirements
- Several years of experience (≥ 3 years) in a consulting/service environment
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or comparable platforms
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management, or platform architecture
- Practical experience in workshops, requirements analysis & client consulting
- Excellent German and English skills (client-facing)
