Requirements
- Master's degree (e.g., business school or HR specialization)
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholders

- Strong interest in candidate sourcing/headhunting
- Ability to collaborate with teams and business stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Business-level English required
