About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Commercial leader to take charge of strategic partnerships.
  • The role involves team management, nationwide expansion, and engagement with investor-profile, AA-class clients.
  • Lead a team of partner brokers, with the possibility of expanding and redesigning the structure (scenario A).
  • Expand the operation to new regions of Brazil with strategic vision and the ability to adapt regionally (scenario B).
  • Develop commercial strategies and performance targets with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Work directly with financial advisors, investors, and distribution channels.
  • Participate in sales shifts and commercial events (including weekends).
  • Motivate and develop the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling high-end/premium products and building relationships with conservative clientele.
  • Ability to operate in sophisticated environments and manage demanding clients.
  • Knowledge of investments and the financial markets (a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create genuine, strategic connections.
  • Experience working with AA-segment/affluent clients and luxury products.
  • Experience at companies such as Vitacon, Lavvi, MPD, House or in the financial sector (XP, BTG, brokerages) — experience in the luxury market in general.
