About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary contractor representative for a public health technology program
Lead program governance, planning, coordination, and decision-making oversight across all contractor teams
Establish and execute the Program Management Plan
Represent the contractor in customer governance meetings
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution check-ins
Manage program cost performance and contractual reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of relevant program or project management experience
Experience managing agile software delivery programs for federal civilian agencies
Demonstrated authority-holding roles like release decisions and budget accountability
Experience directing multi-team delivery organizations of 30 or more staff
Preferred PMP or equivalent certification; agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) a plus
Experience with public health, health IT, or scientific mission programs
Experience leading incumbent-capture transitions and multi-vendor coordination
Earned value management reporting experience
