About the role

  • You will work together with an agile team on an existing system with a focus on backend development in the accounting domain.
  • Implement new user stories
  • Extend existing functionalities
  • Develop new microservices (Java, Spring Boot)
  • Frontend development (React, approx. 30%)
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Developer testing as well as unit and integration tests

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Experience with React for frontend development
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL, Docker and AWS
  • Working according to Scrum is standard for you
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken, is a must (deal-breaker)
  • Residence in Austria is required (regardless of citizenship)
  • Full-time availability (38.5 h/week) or part-time (minimum 35 h/week). Not suitable as a student-side job
