About the role

  • Own outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for our AEs.
  • Research and target provider groups, clinics, and health systems using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and our CRM.
  • Book 15-20+ qualified demos per month.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity tracking to support pipeline visibility.
  • Help shape our outbound playbook as we expand into new EHR ecosystems and therapeutic areas.
  • Contribute to sales tooling decisions and sequence optimization as we scale the SDR function.
  • Serve as the proving ground for future AE promotion as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech.
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort with cold calling as a primary channel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar).
  • A competitive mindset and desire to hit and exceed targets.
