About the role
- Build and manage a focused pipeline of revenue-aligned prospects (e.g., digital health, specialty pharmacies, provider groups).
- Run discovery, present our value proposition, lead demos and pricing conversations, and drive deals to signature.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date so pipeline, forecast, and next steps are always clear.
- Consistently hit or exceed new bookings targets for provider accounts.
- Deepen relationships with early customers to secure renewals, references, and expansions.
- Share structured feedback that sharpens messaging, collateral, and sales process.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a startup, ideally in a highly regulated or B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and working cross-functionally during evaluations.
- Strong pipeline discipline and comfort owning a full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
- Bonus Points: Healthcare, digital health, or pharmacy sales experience.
