Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) — deep expertise across the platform, including Sites, Assets (DAM), MSM and OSGi/Sling/JCR architecture
  • AEM Infrastructure and DevOps — configuration and maintenance of Dispatcher (CDN), CI/CD pipelines, Runmodes, SSL/TLS, domains and environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
  • Advanced Oak administration — Tar Compaction routines, Datastore GC, Workflow Purge and management of Lucene/Property indexes
  • Advanced troubleshooting — analysis of OSGi logs, thread dumps, heap dumps and monitoring via New Relic
  • Cluster topologies — configuration of multiple Authors and Publishers, Cold/Hot Standby and Disaster Recovery
  • AEM back-end development — Java, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, REST APIs, OSGi Services, Sling Jobs and Event Listeners
  • Access security and governance — ACLs, Closed User Groups (CUGs), Sling Referrer Filter, CORS policies and vulnerability auditing
  • Adobe Experience Cloud integrations — native connectors with Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign and Commerce; integration with APIs, CRMs and ERPs
  • Content architecture — JCR modeling, Editable Templates, Policies, Content Fragment Models (headless), Experience Fragments, MSM and the Tagging Framework
  • Adobe Workfront (ALM) — workflow management, creating and tracking projects and tickets
  • Adobe Target — A/B test configuration, personalization and integration with AEM
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification — AEM Sites Developer or AEM Architect (preferred)
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and pipelines via Cloud Manager (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and headless/composable architectures (preferred)
  • Experience with bulk content migration tools (Groovy scripts, import APIs, AEM Bulk Import) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) applied to managed AEM environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and optimization of ClientLibs for frontend performance (preferred)
  • Advanced English for direct technical support with international Adobe teams (preferred).
