About the role

  • Project management for the Pricing platform implementation (planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, governance).
  • IT–Business interface: translate business needs into clear requirements; align with technical teams to propose and assess solution feasibility.
  • Act as PM/PO: discovery and refinement of requirements, definition of acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, writing user stories, board and roadmap management.
  • Change management: stakeholder preparation, communications, UAT, training and handover to operations/support.
  • Metrics and results: define and monitor KPIs (e.g., adoption, time-to-value, lead time, defect rate, user satisfaction).
