• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical recruiters focusing on the LatAm market (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, etc.).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically for the Staff Augmentation model (high volume, quick turnaround, niche tech stacks).
• Analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance) to identify bottlenecks and optimize process efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and intermediate engineering roles (e.g., Node.js, React, .NET, Python, DevOps).
• Personally handle high-priority or executive-level searches when required.
• Ensure all candidates possess not only technical excellence but also the Upper-Intermediate to Fluent English required to work directly with US clients.
• Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to understand client project roadmaps and forecast hiring needs.
• Act as a talent advisor, providing market intelligence on LatAm salary trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure candidates are pre-vetted for "client readiness" (soft skills, communication style, and cultural fit for US teams).
