About the role
- Document solutions and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Create user guides
- Update the wiki and other internal documentation
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation to assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to knowledge base
- Prepare the release notes
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as an English Technical Writer
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail, proactivity
- Ability to understand product technical specifications and document them concisely
- Experience creating documentation structure
- Experience managing diverse technical documents (user and administrator guides, FAQs, help manuals, knowledge bases, etc.)
- Familiarity with the software development process and Agile methodologies
- Desirable: Technical background in software development
