About the role

  • Document solutions and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Create user guides
  • Update the wiki and other internal documentation
  • Provide clear and comprehensive documentation to assist with the onboarding of new team members
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to knowledge base
  • Prepare the release notes

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as an English Technical Writer
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, proactivity
  • Ability to understand product technical specifications and document them concisely
  • Experience creating documentation structure
  • Experience managing diverse technical documents (user and administrator guides, FAQs, help manuals, knowledge bases, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the software development process and Agile methodologies
  • Desirable: Technical background in software development
