About the role
- Manage client accounts, providing oversight and strategic direction
- Engage in presales activities (discovery calls, proposal development, expertise presentation, etc.)
- Prepare documentation for the presales process
- Be accountable for project planning, timelines, budgets, stakeholder and people management
- Build client-specific teams to meet project needs
- Supervise Project Managers and collaborate with stakeholders to improve project outcomes
- Communicate with clients effectively to set clear project expectations
- Analyze project performance and implement process improvements
- Contribute to our PMO, recommending improvements, sharing expertise, and driving positive change
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Project/Program/Delivery Manager
- Hands-on experience in presales activities in IT
- Strong budgeting skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects throughout the entire SDLC, from start to finish
- Experience working with teams of 30+ people
- Excellent leadership and client negotiation abilities
- Experience in delivery and/or client management within the Payments industry
- Experience with multiple payment types and stakeholder groups across the payments ecosystem
- Prioritization and time-management skills
- Hands-on project management and delivery experience
- Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies; technical background to drive substantive discussions
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proven process and team performance improvement expertise
- Proactivity, initiative, and strong people management skills
- Desirable: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or PMP certification
- Proposal development, initial discovery, and estimation skills
- Domain expertise in Fintech (Asset Management), Retail, and AI-powered automation
